OVERALL SUMMARY – POSITION DESCRIPTION

Our team is growing! We are excited to announce a NEW full-time position for a Digital Operations Specialist. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn and work in all areas of the agency.  We are looking for someone who is able to keep up with the fast-pace of digital media and looking to grow personally and professionally. This is a remote and in-office position.  The candidate will work approximately 3 days/week in the Digital Tulip office when in-person activity resumes.  Salary + Benefits position.

 

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Demonstrate multi-tasking ability; keep multiple projects on-track
Work closely with third party vendors to secure avails, place orders, execute campaigns and complete reporting
Assist accounting department in digital billing management
Compile and disseminate client campaign performance reports
Monitor, maintain, and optimize digital advertising campaigns
Input advertising campaigns into billing and trafficking systems
copywriting of blogs, websites and social
Assist with administrative duties
Serve as the technical authority and development for all technical issues involved in running marketing campaigns
Work closely with internal staff and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly

Recognize recurrent or potential issues and problems, and know when to escalate and propose solutions, where possible
Takes clear ownership of assigned tasks

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Ideal candidate must be detail oriented, enjoy organization and possess the ability to pivot to different focus areas throughout the day
2+ years operations experience in the area of online marketing (required)
Google Analytics, AdWords, or Facebook Blueprint Certified (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
Graphic design experience is a plus
Social Media knowledge and expertise (required)
Ability to organize and prioritize while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a team oriented and fast-paced environment
Professional and positive manner when working with clients and others
Must thrive in a start-up type environment
